1. Child Protection Policy
Purpose: To ensure the safety, dignity, and rights of all children involved in MAE programs.
Scope: Applies to all staff, volunteers, partners, and contractors.

2. Non-Discrimination and Inclusion Policy
Purpose: To foster a safe, inclusive environment where everyone is treated with dignity and respect.

MAE prohibits discrimination based on race, gender, religion, ethnicity, disability, age, sexual orientation, or socio-economic status.

3. Volunteer and Staff Code of Conduct
Purpose: To uphold the integrity and professionalism of all MAE representatives.

Abuse of power or harassment (verbal, physical, or sexual) will not be tolerated.

Purpose: To protect the emotional and psychological well-being of all beneficiaries and team members.

5. Education and Skill Development Policy
