Your donations, made in good faith, are vital to the life-changing, soul-restoring programs we deliver across vulnerable and underserved communities in Africa. We handle all contributions with the utmost sincerity, care, and responsibility.

💖 Donation Refunds

As a nonprofit organization, most donations are treated as irrevocable gifts, given voluntarily to further our empowering humanitarian mission. However, we fully understand that honest mistakes or unexpected technical issues can occur. We are absolutely committed to resolving such matters thoughtfully, compassionately, and fairly.

Refunds may be issued under the following exceptional circumstances:

A duplicate donation was accidentally made.
The donation amount was entered incorrectly.
An unauthorized or fraudulent transaction occurred.
A donor changed their mind within a reasonable timeframe (usually within 7 days).

To request a refund, please contact us directly and promptly with the following details:

📦 Event Fees, Merchandise & Fundraising Activities

Refunds for event registration fees or merchandise purchases are subject to the specific terms outlined during the checkout process. If an event is canceled, postponed, or rescheduled, we will contact you immediately with options for a refund or credit.
